Royal Ascot runs more group races than any other race meeting in the UK, including 7 Group Ones, the elite level of races, throughout the five days.

Her Majesty The Queen opens Royal Ascot each day by entering the Racecourse in horse-drawn landaus through the Golden Gates at the top of the Straight Mile. The Royal Procession passes each enclosure before turning under the stand and into the Parade Ring where the Royal Party alights. 

Corporate hospitality at Royal Ascot is outstanding, with restaurants situated either within the main grandstand or within a variety of uniquely luxurious marquees located in the surrounding parkland of the Racecourse grounds.
